RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Course Enrolments
Course places may be secured by paying the required deposit or full course fee.
If you wish to cancel your enrolment and have paid full course fees, please contact us at hello@irishstyleinstitute.com as soon as possible.
Course deposits are intended to secure your place and are non-refundable.
If you cancel an online purchase within any statutory cancellation period that applies to your booking (14 days) your refund will be handled in accordance with Irish consumer law.
Once a course has begun, refunds may be reduced to reflect any teaching, course materials or services already supplied.
Course Deposits:
Course deposits are intended to secure your place. If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 calendar days of enrolment without giving any reason and to receive a full refund of your deposit, in line with Irish consumer law.
If you ask us to begin providing course access or materials during this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to a refund of any services already provided once the course has started. Outside the 14-day cancellation period, deposits are non-refundable.
Transferring Your Place
Course places may be transferred to a future course (next consecutive) or another participant at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss the options available.
Cancellation by Irish Style Institute
If we cancel a course, students will be offered an alternative course/date or a refund of the amount paid.
Physical Products
Physical products purchased online may be returned in accordance with applicable Irish consumer law. Please contact us before returning an item.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
