TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when purchasing courses, training and products from Irish Style Institute through irishstyleinstitute.com.

Courses

Irish Style Institute provides professional education and training in areas including Fashion Styling, Image Consultancy & Personal Shopping, Fashion Trend Forecasting and Colour Analysis.

Courses may be delivered online, in person or through a hybrid combination of both.

Course dates, times, content and delivery format are stated on the relevant course page.

Students are responsible for ensuring that they are available for their chosen course and have suitable internet access and equipment where online attendance is required.

Where a student misses a class, recordings or supporting materials may be provided where available.

Payment

Courses may be purchased in full or, where offered, through a payment plan.

A deposit secures the student's place, with remaining payments due according to the payment schedule stated for the relevant course.

Students are responsible for ensuring that scheduled course payments are made when due.

Certifications cannot be issued to any student who has not completed payment in full, in advance of the last week of their course.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Irish consumer law.

Course Changes

Irish Style Institute reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course schedules, tutors, delivery format or course content where necessary.

If Irish Style Institute cancels a course, affected students will be offered an alternative date/course or an appropriate refund.

Course Materials

Course notes, presentations, recordings and other educational materials supplied by Irish Style Institute are for the student's personal educational use only.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or resold without permission.

Accreditation

Where a course is described as accredited, the relevant accreditation information will be shown on the course page.

Physical Products

Any physical products purchased through the website are also subject to our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund Policies.
